All apparel items are made-to-order. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing & Production

Most orders are sent into production shortly after purchase. Production time typically takes 1-6 business days, depending on order volume, product availability, and fulfillment conditions.

Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $75
Please allow production time before shipment.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping times

Once your order has finished production and has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery time will depend on the shipping method, destination, and carrier service.

Estimated shipping times may vary, but U.S. orders may arrive within approximately 12-21 business days after production, depending on fulfillment location and shipping method.

Made-to-Order Notice

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not keep large amounts of inventory on hand. This helps reduce waste and allows us to produce each item specifically for the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries cause by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after a package has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect shipping information, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Covenant Six is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer error, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, cost, and delivery time may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
